Subscribers to (member of) the GeorgiaGetaway.com Brochure Request E-Mail List (hereafter referred to as the "list") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1) Request for brochures come from users of the GeorgiaGetaway.com web site. Bob and Weave Enterprises (owner and operator of GeorgiaGetaway.com) has no control of the information submitted to the list, nor does Bob and Weave Enterprises guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted to the list.
2) GeorgiaGetaway.com resides on a server owned and operated by a third party. Bob and Weave Enterprises assumes no liability for any loss or damages due to server outage, network outage, nor for any other cause beyond our control.
3) The Brochure Request List is managed automatically by software installed on a server owned and operated by a third party. This software will remove list members automatically if it is unable to deliver messages to that list member (i.e. if e-mail bounces back). The Software will make repeated attempts to deliver messages before removing any member from the list. Bob and Weave Enterprises assumes no liability for any members removal due to inability to deliver messages. Any list member so removed may request to be put back on the list, Bob and Weave Enterprises will honor any request, however no change in subscription expiration date will made. No credit will be granted for any time a member is off the list due to automatic removal by the list management software.
4) Limits of Liability: Bob and Weave Enterprise's liability in any claim of damage made by a member of the Brochure Request List is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid by the list member.
