Submission Guidelines
Sites will generally be reviewed within 2 to 3 days of your submission. If approved, you will be sent an e-mail containing instuctions for making payment. Your site will be added to the directory and database upon receipt of your payment.
While the majority of submitted sites are approved for addition to our directory and database, we reserve the right to exclude any site we view as inappropriate for GeorgiaGetaway.com. This includes, but is not limited to, any site which:
- does not pertain to travel and tourism in north Georgia
- contains pornographic material or links to pornographic material
- promotes illegal activity
- contains false or misleading information
If accepted, your site will be added to our directory on a page and location of our choosing and may be moved at our sole discretion. Site Sponsors will be given top placement in our directory.
Your site will also be added to the searchable database. Sites are added in the order that they are received, thus the last site added will be the last site returned during a search of the database. Site Sponsors will be moved to the top of the database and will be the first sites returned when searching the database.
Site descriptions are limited to 25 words or less. Please do not include marketing slogans or superlatives (e.g., "The Best View in Georgia.." or "The Number One...") DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and Do Not Capitalize the First Letter of Every Word.
We reserve the right to edit your site description. Featured Listings of our Site Sponsors are not subject to these restrictions.
